Rainbow Smoothie

  • 1/4 honeydew, peeled and remove the seeds
  • a good hand full of spinach
  • 1 small hand of cilantro
  • 1 small hand of parsley
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 ripe yellow peach
  • 1-2 ripe red plums
  • 2 TBSP water (if you have a regular blender and not a vitamix)

Blend all ingredients well, it should yield to 2 big glasses of Smoothie. Suggestion: Blend the complete Honeydew and share with a friend :)

Decadent Cacao Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup DIVINE ORGANICS Hazelnuts, Almonds, Macadamia or other nut of your choice plus 3 cups water and prepare nut-milk (mix in a high-speed blender and strain through a nut-bag) or:
  •  substitute with 2-3 TBSP Nut-butter of your choice
  • 4 soft Dates, if you can get only dry dates, soak them.
  • 1/4 cup DIVINE ORGANICS raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon DIVINE ORGANICS ground Vanilla
  • pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
  • pinch of Cardamom
  • 1-2 Bananas, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon raw Macadamia Nut-butter, (for decadence)

Mix all ingredients in a blender (add the ingredients one after the other, don’t use all the water or nut-milk at once, add it little by little for creaminess). Enjoy!

Strawberry Chia seed pudding

Mix 1 cup of DIVINE ORGANICS defrosted Thai Coconut Meat
with 1 cup of DIVINE ORGANICS defrosted Thai Young Coconut Water and blend creamy.
or:
Substitute: with 2 cups of ready made coconut milk
add:
2 cups of organic fresh strawberries (mix with raspberries)
4-6 Tablespoons of DIVINE ORGANICS Coconut Crystals
5 Tablespoons of DIVINE ORGANICS Chia seeds
dash of ROYAL HIMALAYAN Pink Salt
dash of DIVINE ORGANICS raw ground Tahitian Vanilla
lemon zest of 1/2 a lemon

Blend all ingredients quickly in a blender, stir a few times and let sit for a few minutes. Stir again and check if you would like to add sweetener.  Let sit for an hour in the fridge before serving.

Decorate with berries and edible flowers.

 Chocolate Macadamia Nut Pudding

1 cup DIVINE ORGANICS Hawaiian Macadamia nuts
3 cups water
1/2 cup pitted dates, packed
1 Teaspoon DIVINE ORGANICS raw Ground Vanilla
3 Tablespoon DIVINE ORGANICS raw Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoon of DIVINE ORGANICS Creamy Coconut Sugar, add more if you like it sweeter.
Dash of ROYAL HIMALAYAN pink salt
(3 good servings)

In a Vitamix blend 1 cup of water with macadamia nuts, vanilla, salt and sweetener (except the dates) until creamy, add more 1 cup of water and add the cacao powder.

Add the dates and the remaining water. The result is a creamy rich liquid. Check if you are happy with the sweetness.

Add 6 TBSP of Chia Seeds. Stir a few times and come back in a few minutes to stir again. Let the pudding rest, all liquid should be absorbed in about 30 minutes. If you want to want a thicker consistence, add another spoon of Chia Seeds.

Upgrade to a Chocolate chip mint pudding 
add 1/4 Teaspoon of peppermint extract to the mix, crush a handful of raw cacao nibs and add them by hand during stirring the pudding. For decoration have mint leaves and a sweet berries ready.

Lime Chia Drink “Chia Fresca”

 

Inspired by a recipe of Dr Wayne Coates, an educator on Chia Seeds, we started to love this detoxifying as well as tonifying natural drink.

Juice 3 limes (organic)

Fill a Vitamix with 4 cups of cold purified water, lime juice and add 3 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds, a dash of Cayenne Pepper and optional a Teaspoon of raw Honey.

Blend on high speed. Let rest for about 10 minutes.

Enjoy the subtle taste of lime. It is a perfect detoxifying and mental clarifying experience. This simple drink is high in Vitamin C, and you get this huge circulation boost from cayenne.

Basic Chia Pudding with Coconut Water

3/4 cup DIVINE ORGANICS raw organic Chia seeds
2 cups DIVINE ORGANICS Young Thai Coconut Water (defrosted) or fresh from the Coconut if available.
(optional: add a dash of ROYAL HIMALAYAN pink salt,
a dash of DIVINE ORGANICS raw ground Tahitian Vanilla
and a 1 Teaspoon of DIVINE ORGANICS Coconut Sugar)
(yields 3-4 servings)

Mix the Chia seeds into the coconut water, and let the liquid rest for a while. Stir occasionally and then let sit for about 30 minutes. The Chia seeds need about 1/2 hour to plump up.

This pudding is hydrating and aids with electrolytes after a workout, it is a light and energizing meal before a hike, bicycle ride or extreme athletic performance.

Basic Chia Pudding with Almond Milk

3/4 cup DIVINE ORGANICS raw organic Chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
(prepared with DIVINE ORGANICS raw unpasteurized Almonds,
a dash of ROYAL HIMALAYAN pink salt,
a dash of DIVINE ORGANICS raw ground Tahitian Vanilla
and a sweetener of your choice
(yields 3-4 servings)

Mix the Chia seeds into the almond milk, and let the liquid rest for a while. Stir and then let sit for about 30 minutes. The Chia seeds need about 1/2 hour to plump up. The consistency resembles Tapioca starch pudding. I garnished with raspberries.

This pudding is not sweet, but each bite is satisfying and provides an array of minerals and fiber which you can expect of a nourishing superfood treat.
