Basic Chia Pudding with Coconut Water


3/4 cup DIVINE ORGANICS raw organic Chia seeds
2 cups DIVINE ORGANICS Young Thai Coconut Water (defrosted) or fresh from the Coconut if available.
(optional: add a dash of ROYAL HIMALAYAN pink salt,
a dash of DIVINE ORGANICS raw ground Tahitian Vanilla
and a 1 Teaspoon of DIVINE ORGANICS Coconut Sugar)
(yields 3-4 servings)

Mix the Chia seeds into the coconut water, and let the liquid rest for a while. Stir occasionally and then let sit for about 30 minutes. The Chia seeds need about 1/2 hour to plump up.

This pudding is hydrating and aids with electrolytes after a workout, it is a light and energizing meal before a hike, bicycle ride or extreme athletic performance.
