Organic Coconut Sugar on a glance – and more

Organic Thai Coconut Sugar, 3.08oz bucket from DIVINE ORGANICS

Yes, this is our new baby in our TRANSITION NUTRITION product line!

What’s so different? There are other coconut “sugars” out on the market, right?
Yes.
This one is different: look at the picture and you see the creamyness of the sugar. These are not crystals, this is a thick creamy delicious unique nectar made from a organic Thai Coconut variety which is aready naturally sweeter than others and imagine the creamy golden delite on your spoon…. mmmm.
To preserve its quality there is a cover or pure natural vegan CARNAUBA WAX covering the sugar. When you open the lid of the bucket you crack the wax which keeps the sugar free from mold or bacteria.

  1. I order this on a regular basis and usually get the small jars instead of the tub. The one time I ordered the tub with the wax on top, it had melted ( I live in Fl. ) and it was horrible to get out of the container. I had pieces of wax all through-out the top in the sugar once it re-hardened. Found pieces floating in my tea until I got to the middle of the tub.
I recommend only ordering this size if your in a place where the climate will not allow for melting.
    This is an amazing product!

    1. I am sorry to hear this, Sherry, and on the other hand i am so glad you share it… the organic wax on top would have been the best way to preserve the delicious and unique coconut sugar. But we had a few people who ran into the same problem, and it was a pilot project, so we did not know if our choice would pay off. We decided to make the wax much thicker for the next batch, so it cannot break, and we will ship with ice packs and better isolated to states during the hot season.
Sherry, thank you again for sharing! All the best, Edith
